Update Wednesday 9th October 2019
Broadband and Telephone services are now fully restored at the practice following the road traffic accident on Saturday 28th September which resulted in significant damage to the village Broadband Exchange box.

It took a huge amount of effort from everyone in the practice to ensure that the practice could remain open and able to see patients.

We would like to thank our patients for their support and patience during what was an extremely challenging week as the damage resulted in the practice having very limited telephone and computer access; in addition the emergency procedures we put in place were hampered by the poor mobile signal in Wrenbury. Please be assured that we have raised with British Telecom and Open Reach the importance of recognising that the practice is very reliant on broadband in order to run our telephone and computer systems and that support to the practice should be prioritised in any future incident.

We are proud to be part of the Wrenbury community and we were determined to continue to support our patients.
