The Patient Focus Group was formed in 2007 when we moved to our new premises. The aim of this group is to provide information to the patients and liaise with the members regarding any concerns raised by patients.
This group meets at the surgery every 3 months with the practice manager and one of the secretaries present. Minutes are kept of these meetings and distributed to each member.
New members are welcome and if any patients are interested in joining the group please contact Ros High on 01270 780771 or the practice manager Marion Mortimer at the surgery.
We distribute a newsletter twice a year and some of the members help us with this.
We have found these meetings very useful and any suggestions or concerns are discussed.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.

If you prefer, you can download the sign up form as a pdf document, print it out, complete it and return it to the practice.
